Long Term Care / Home
Health Care Insurance
AMBA will build a Long Term Care policy to match
your own individual needs; you select the daily
benefit amount, elimination period, and benefit
period which best suits your needs for care. The
Long Term Care Policy features include: no prior
hospital stay and no waiting period for pre-existing
conditions.
Cancer First Diagnosis
Insurance
The Cancer First Diagnosis plan pays money directly
to you in one lump sum payment upon first diagnosis
of internal cancer or malignant melanoma. You can
select the lump sum payment of $10,000 to $50,000
that best fits your needs. This policy pays in
addition to any other existing coverage you may
have. In some states, with the return of premium
option, if you do not need the protection for twenty
years, 100% of all your premiums paid will be
returned to you and you still keep the protection.
Medicare Supplement
Insurance
Medicare pays for some, but not all, of the health
care expenses for people age 65 and over. Medicare
Supplement Insurance is designed to help with your
out-of-pocket health care costs by paying for some
of these expenses depending on the plan you select
to meet your personal needs and budget. You have the
freedom of choice to select the doctors, hospitals,
and clinics that you want, and you will never be
cancelled because of age or health. You can select
from Plans A, B, C, D, F, G, and J. All benefits are
paid in addition to any other existing coverage you
may have.
First Diagnosis Heart
Attack & First Major Heart Surgery Policy
Upon first diagnosis of a heart attack, this plan
pays in one lump sum benefits of $10,000 to $50,000
directly to you. If First Major Heart Surgery is
performed prior to the payment of the First
Diagnosis Heart Attack benefit, the policy will pay
a First Major Heart Surgery benefit equal to 20% of
the First Diagnosis Heart Attack benefit that you
selected. Premiums do not increase with age.
Final Expense Whole Life
Insurance
You can have peace of mind knowing that your
premiums are guaranteed never to increase and your
coverage is guaranteed never to decrease. Your cash
values are accumulated on a tax-deferred basis.
Death benefits paid to your beneficiary are tax
free.
Accident Expense Insurance
Unintentional injuries are the leading cause of
death for persons ages 1 to 38 and the 5th leading
cause of death overall. The accident policy protects
you in 8 ways: ambulance, medical expenses, hospital
expenses, intensive care, physical therapy, family
lodging and transportation, accidental death, and
dismemberment. This policy does not pay losses
resulting from sickness.
Tax-Deferred Annuity
AMBA offers a Single Premium Tax-Deferred solution
for your retirement featuring tax-deferred
accumulation of interest, guaranteed competitive
interest rate, multiple payout options, income you
won’t outlive, and a nursing home waiver.

Over the past 29 years, Medical Air
Services (MASA) has become an international company
dedicated to providing life saving emergency

the world. The coverage is designed to protect
association members against catastrophic financial
